The self-proclaimed "Messiah of
Writers" was born and raised on the south side of Chicago, Illinois before attending SavannahStateUniversity and cultivating his journalistic
skills.
Mastering the genre of anti-hero
storytelling, his novels have become a staple of urban life's struggles and
triumphs, and the complex interaction between life, love and society's issues;
while inter-mingling creative and ingenious story-lines.
The author also incorporates
original musical scores with his novels, with the soundtracks serving as
melodious "Cliff-Notes" to its particular novel.

Krusader Community Initiative Program (Kru-munity) that sponsors childhood
literacy initiatives and programs designed to increase reading within

Oak Summers is dedicated to serving people through various enterprises. He works with sponsors and community organizations to provide free personalized children's books to kids in an effort to increase literacy; and provides skills training, employment and apprenticeships to at-risk teens and felons as alternative methods of preventing crime.
